CANCELLATIONS: We kindly request 72 hours notice for any changes to your appointment. Your understanding is appreciated as missed appointments impact our schedule and livelihood. Confirmation texts are sent, and you can cancel online anytime. If less than 72 hours notice is provided, a rebooking fee will be assessed. We aim to accommodate last-minute emergencies. No-show appointments will require full payment before future bookings.

APPOINTMENT TIMES: To maintain our salon's efficiency, prompt arrival is appreciated. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your services to avoid inconvenience for our next guest.
